Hi, I’m Christie. As a certified fitness, pilates, and yoga instructor, I’ve been guiding people on their fitness journeys for more than 20 years.
My mission is to encourage people, regardless of their age, gender or fitness level, to be strong, fit and healthy for life.
When it comes to strength, flexibility and endurance, no two people are the same.
But I believe everyone, regardless of their age or fitness level, will feel better in their body — stronger, healthier, more capable — when they strive for improved posture, greater body awareness, stronger cardiovascular endurance and increased muscular strength.
