My Philosophy
Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember.
Even as a little girl growing up in southern Ontario, I simply loved the joy of movement.
Now, as a fitness professional, I love helping people discover that joy for themselves. And I’m honoured that so many wonderful Fitness Friends trust me to guide them towards their full physical potential.
When it comes to strength, flexibility and endurance, no two people are the same. But I believe everyone, regardless of their age or fitness level, will feel better in their body — stronger, healthier, more capable — when they strive for improved posture, greater body awareness, stronger cardiovascular endurance and increased muscular strength.
It brings me such joy to help my Fitness Friends accomplish all those things, and become the best version of themselves.
My Background
I worked in the beauty industry for 20 years before deciding to follow my true passion. Fitness has been my full time career for more than a decade, and I couldn’t be happier!
I specialize in functional strength training, postural assessment and correction, healthy lifestyle coaching and nutrition coaching, as well as Yoga and Pilates. I’ve been leading online classes for our awesome community of Fitness Friends since April 2020.
