Complete this short application for one-on-one online nutrition coaching. If we’re a good fit I’ll send you an email with your next steps to review the agreement and book your consultation.

2. Meet

During our consultation via Zoom or Facetime, we start by talking about your goals.

What kind of changes are you hoping to make, and why?

3. Assess

Then we assess where you’re at right now.

What does your current diet consist of?

Any allergies or restrictions?

4. Plan

Next, we work together to create a customized plan with small, sustainable changes that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Throughout every step, you’re in charge.

You don’t have to give up your favourite foods forever. There’s no need to count calories.
