Step-By-Step To A Healthier You

1. Apply

Complete this application for one-on-one online nutrition coaching.

If we’re a good fit I’ll email you with next steps to review the agreement and schedule your initial, free consultation.

2. Meet

During your initial, free consultation (via Zoom or Facetime) we talk about your goals and assess where you’re at right now.

What kind of changes are you hoping to make, and why? How’s your current diet? Any past successes or disappointments? Any allergies or food restrictions?

 

3. Plan

After that, we’re ready to book your first full session!

Working together, we’ll create a customized plan with small, sustainable changes that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Throughout every step, you’re in charge.

You don’t have to give up your favourite foods forever. There’s no need to count calories.

Instead, working together we’ll create a framework for healthy eating that’s realistic and attainable — now and for the rest of your life.

And you can count on my support, encouragement and guidance for as long as you feel you need it.
