The numbers tell an inspiring story of dedication and consistency. Our community logged an impressive 1,274 hours of total watch time in 2024, with peak participation hitting on November 14th.
It’s fascinating to see how you’re accessing these workouts: just over half of you watch on a mobile phone, while 30% opt for computer screens. Tablet users make up 13% of our audience, and 7% enjoy their workouts on TV.

Haha hope I didn’t skew the results! I’ve been doing the Only Arms and Abs almost daily for many months due to a broken toe, then due to a tendinopathy in my hip. At the end of the session I do my physio exercises and call it a day! Thanks Christie : )
