
Muscle tightness can be frustrating, and while stretching may seem like the obvious fix, it’s not always the best solution. In many cases, tightness is a symptom of deeper issues, and addressing those root causes is key to lasting relief.

This improves blood flow, increases range of motion, reduces stiffness, and enhances performance by “waking up” your muscles and nervous system before exercise. Movements like walking lunges or arm circles not only prepare your body but also help prevent injuries by improving coordination and flexibility.
