Tip of the Week: 3 Minute Plank Challenge
Test your core strength and stability with this 3 minute plank challenge that will leave you shaking!
Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Hold a forearm plank for 30 seconds.
2️⃣ Raise one leg off the floor and hold 15 sec. Repeat on the other side.
3️⃣ Raise one arm and extend it straight forward, holding 15 sec. Repeat on the other side.
4️⃣ Now for the hard part… raise opposite arm and leg. 🔥 Hold for 15 sec. Repeat on the other side.
5️⃣ Almost there! Hold a forearm plank 60 sec.
For a longer term challenge, do this sequence every day for one week. If you’re less shaky at the end of the week, you’ve gained strength and stamina! If you’re still wobbly, keep trying until you can stabilize.
