5 Exercises for a Total-Body Burn
With just a set of dumbbells and some determination, you can get a full-body workout in just 15 minutes.
This routine is designed to work your entire body in a short amount of time. Start with a 5-minute warm-up of jumping jacks, high knees, and lunges. Then, move on to the following exercises:
- Squat curl press
- Deadlift to row
- Curtsy lunge to lateral lunge
- Bridge & press to triceps extension
- Forearm plank rotation
Do each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 15 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat the circuit 3 times for a total of 15 minutes.
This workout will leave you feeling stronger and more energized — and all you need is 15 minutes and a set of dumbbells!
