Sculpt and tone your body with this challenging but fun combination of strength training and cardio. If you have access to weights, great! If not, no problem!

If you want to improve your fitness in a safe and healthy way, I can't recommend my friend Christie Stoll enough. I'm a big fan of her body sculpt and Pilates classes online. Prior to that I took her Pilates class at Spartacus Gym for over a year. Her classes are helpful for me as a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu artist because BJJ requires a lot of core strength. I enjoy doing the online classes in the privacy of my home where I can go at my own pace. And there is no limit to online class sizes so I don't have to worry about getting a space in full classes at the gym. She is also an excellent personal trainer.

Christie's online classes have given me a great flexibility to exercise before or after my work hours. I couldn't wish for more. Her live yoga, Pilates and BodySculpt classes are great for all the levels. She is so responsive and educational and helps you get a stronger version of you.
