You don’t need hours at the gym or fancy equipment for this Movement Challenge – just 5 minutes a day for one week!
This beginner-friendly challenge is designed to get you moving, improve your energy levels, and leave you feeling accomplished. Here’s the best part: you can do it anywhere, anytime!
Each day for a week, complete this quick circuit:
- 1️⃣ Squats
- 2️⃣ Wall Push-Ups
- 3️⃣ High Knees Marching
- 4️⃣ Lateral Lunges
- 5️⃣ Crossbody Crunch
Do each exercise for 1 minute, with a short rest in between. That’s it!
This simple routine targets major muscle groups, gets your heart rate up, and improves core strength – all within 5 minutes. Consistency is key, so aim to complete this challenge every day for a week. You’ll be surprised at how energized and accomplished you feel!
