Give Your Shoulders Some TLC❤️

This mobility exercise is called Banded Up & Overs. It’s a great move to mobilize and stretch the shoulder joint.

Keep the band taut; widen your hands if you’re struggling.

Do this move for at least one minute every day. Your shoulders will thank you!
