Relief For Your Tight Shoulders, Neck & Back

Try this excerpt from my latest online class, Shoulders & Back Release. It’s a total body yoga flow with special emphasis on tight, stiff shoulders, neck & back. All you need is a mat and a resistance band!

1. Wide side bends
2. Crescent lunge up & overs
3. Warrior 2 & external rotations
4. Goddess pulldowns
5. Wide forward fold & chest expansion
