You don’t need a lot of time to get in a great workout. Even if you have just ten minutes, you can work up a sweat and feel great afterwards.

You don’t need a lot of space or equipment for this circuit. If you have dumbbells, great! For reference, I used 8 lb dumbbells. Going barefoot is optional.
