The Roll Up is a classic Pilates exercise that helps develop stronger abdominal muscles and a more flexible spine.
These 5 variations will help you learn to do the exercise correctly and progress at a safe pace.

2️⃣ Classic Roll Up – with a tall seated pose at the end of the roll up versus the traditional forward flexion!
