Fitness Tip of the Week: 3 Exercises To Strengthen Your Entire Upper Body
Short on time? These days, who isn’t!
Luckily, your upper-body workout doesn’t need to take all day. By multitasking with combination exercises, you can strengthen and firm your arms, chest, back and shoulders in just 3 moves.
Do 8-12 reps of each, rest and repeat once or twice for a complete workout.
I used 8 lb dumbbells, but go heavier or lighter if you need to!
