Doing just a few dynamic stretches before you leave can improve your stride, reduce your risk of injury and make your walk much more enjoyable.
Try these 3 stretches to maintain a healthy range of motion and avoid hip & knee pain. Do each stretch for up to one minute, or 8-10 reps.
