Fitness Tip of the Week: Complete Core Workout in Just 5 Minutes
You may have seen some of my other posts in my blog featuring workouts you can do in just 5 or 10 minutes. I’ve got quite a few short classes in the on-demand library too.
Because I like to believe almost everyone can find 5 or 10 minutes in their day to do something good for your body!
You only need a few minutes each day to train your core muscles effectively.
This 5 minute complete core workout strengthens all of the layers of core muscles that surround your spine — all with no planks.
Do each exercise for one minute (or 30 seconds on each side).
