Fitness Tip of the Week: 5 Minutes Of Cardio With No Jumping
Looking for a great cardio pump, but short on time? All you need to get you heart pounding is this workout you can do in 5 minutes. It’s HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and it’ll make you sweaty!
But this doesn’t mean it’ll be hard on your knees. There’s no jumping!!
These 5 low impact exercises will raise your heart rate, challenge your cardiovascular fitness and boost your metabolism.
- Squat to Lateral Kick
- Fast Feet
- Sumo Cross Crunch
- Cross Body Crunch
- Reverse Lunge Kick
For a real challenge, rest for 1 min after completing the workout and repeat.
