And for even more benefit, do balance exercises while doing household chores. Doing calf raises while dusting, for example, tones your calves and strengthens your core while making housework more fun!

Improving your balance helps strengthen your muscles and joints, reduces your risk of injury, increases your confidence,
and helps you move with grace, speed and agility. So get creative and practice as often as you can!
