Essential Hip Mobility

Do your hips feel achy, stiff and tight even though you stretch? Try these 3 mobility exercises!

Mobility is different from stretching. Instead of a passive hold, we move in gentle rocking, pulsing or circular motions. Where stretching relaxes and lengthens a muscle, mobility exercises increase the range of motion around a joint, helping you to move better and more easily.

Good hip mobility reduces your risk of injury and improves your strength and power for more effective workouts.
