Fitness Tip of the Week: No Equipment Legs & Butt Workout

No equipment? No problem! You can do these exercises to tone and strengthen your legs, hips and butt with no equipment at all!

Do 10-15 reps of each of these exercises. Rest for a minute or two, and repeat.

Keep a neutral posture with your core engaged for best results.
