Fitness Tip of the Week: You’re Gonna Love The Pretzel Stretch – Ahhhh!
When your hips, thighs and back all feel stiff and tight, do this one simple stretch to relieve tension: The Pretzel!
Lie down on your left side with your knees bent.
With your right hand, grab your left foot and pull it gently behind you.
Then bring your right knee in line with your hip, and rotate your chest to face the ceiling, turning your head to the right.
Hold at least 60 seconds on each side, and enjoy the feeling the Pretzel Stretch brings you throughout the day. Aaahhhhhhhh! 😊
