Fitness Tip of the Week: Relief For Sore Wrists

If your hands and wrists are sore or achy, stretching them regularly can help relieve the discomfort.

Here are 3 gentle exercises that you can do daily to help prevent or relieve pain in your wrists and hands.

Do 8-10 repetitions of each movement. Stay within a pain-free range of motion, and breathe deeply and slowly. Enjoy!
