Fitness Tip of the Week: Mobility Flow For Tight Shoulders

Stiff, tight shoulders? Try these 5 relaxing mobility exercises.

Our shoulders become tense when we’re stressed or doing limited, repetitive movements like driving or working on a computer.

Doing mobility exercises regularly can help improve the range of motion and relieve chronic tension and fatigue.

Do 10-15 reps of each exercise and feel the difference!
