Balance and strength are the two most important parts of a fitness routine for women over 40.

As we get older, both decline without training. This means falling down – embarrassing when you’re in your 20s – can be potentially life-altering in your 50s & up. Especially if you lack the strength to get yourself back up.

This workout addresses both issues. Strengthen your major muscle groups while challenging your balance, and you’ve got a workout that makes a difference – for life.
