Stiff, Tight Neck Muscles? These Will Help!
When your neck muscles feel stiff and tight, do this 5 minute routine to release tension and increase your range of motion.
Do 10-15 repetitions of the first two exercises at a slow tempo. The third exercise is a great stretch to finish the sequence – hold each side for 30-60 seconds.
Try this first thing in the morning and again before bed!
