Tip of the Week: Delicious Hip Stretch
I think you’re going to love this delicious 3-in-1 hip stretch. Do it every few days to open and loosen tight hips and legs.
Engage glutes and tilt pelvis backward.
Keep knee aligned with foot.
Move diagonally toward foot. Angle your front leg away from your torso to access your inner groin and hip flexors,
Draw your hips back and straighten that leg for a hamstring stretch. Repeat 10-15 times, then switch sides.
