Are you feeling tightness in your hips? Try these 5 mobility exercises that you can do at home without any equipment! 💪
- 90/90 switches
- Hip CARS
- Hip lunge to hamstrings stretch
- 1/2 frog rockbacks
- Lateral hip leans
Don’t forget to breathe deeply and do both sides of each dynamic stretch for at least 1 minute. 😌 🏡
