Happy Hips😀 No Equipment Required

Are you feeling tightness in your hips? Try these 5 mobility exercises that you can do at home without any equipment! 💪

  1. 90/90 switches
  2. Hip CARS
  3. Hip lunge to hamstrings stretch
  4. 1/2 frog rockbacks
  5. Lateral hip leans

Don’t forget to breathe deeply and do both sides of each dynamic stretch for at least 1 minute. 😌 🏡

Incorporate these exercises into your daily routine to improve your hip mobility and feel less tightness in your hip and lower back area.
